Stunning Holiday House well positioned in the heart of Rock, close to shops, coastal paths and local beaches. Delightful location from which to explore the North Cornish Coast.
Cranbrook has 4 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. Upstairs, there is a large dual aspect master bedroom (double) with ensuite (shower + WC), a family bathroom and a dual aspect double (king) bedroom. Downstairs, there is a further double bedroom, a twin
bedroom and shower room and WC. There is a hairdryer in the master bedroom.
The large kitchen has a dual fuel range cooker (LPG gas hob and 2 electric ovens), dishwasher, with a utility room containing a Miele washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. French windows opening out onto the deck
The large living-dining room has french windows leading out to the patio and the garden, There is a large TV and mini hi-fi system. Outside, to the rear of the house, there are garden chairs,
dining table, barbecue and a large area laid to lawn.
There is free parking in the driveway for 3 cars.
Prices include one-time Egyptian cotton bedlinen, bath and hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, tea towels, hand soaps and shampoo. We ask that you bring your own beach towels.
If you are staying for longer than one week, please let us know if you
would like a change of bedlinen mid-stay. We can arrange this with an extra charge.
By prior arrangement we can provide high chair and a travel cot. We do have one child bed safety rail made by Baby Dan and stair gates.
Close by are beaches, food shops, the
Mariner's Pub, cafés, the Padstow-Rock ferry, a petrol station and cash machine. All are within walking distance of the house. The beach is 5 minutes by car. Polzeath and Daymer Bay are a short drive away.
