STUNNING PLACE TO STAY, CORNWALL

Cranbrook is located, close to the beaches, in the heart of Rock on Cornwall's Atlantic north coast.

A stunning, contemporary house in the heart of Rock on Cornwall's wild Atlantic north coast. This four-bedroom house, is light and airy, with ample parking in a sought after location along the Camel Estuary.  

A great destination, offering idyllic coastal walks, bucket and spade holidays on golden sandy beaches, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, cycling. Also fantastic haven for food lovers, with a variety of local Michelin starred restaurants.

Cranbrook Description

The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms. Outside, to the rear of the house, there are garden chairs, dining table, barbecue and a large area laid to lawn. 
 
Upstairs, there is the master ensuite (shower), a large  bedroom (King) with dual aspect Velux windows, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and further shower room and WC, family kitchen, utility, and a large living-dining room with french windows leading out onto the deck and rear garden.

Check-out prior to 10am
No dogs allowed, unless with prior permission of the owner 
No parties allowed

We supply Egyptian cotton bedlinen, bath and hand towels, plus bath mats and tea towels, hand soaps and mini shampoos.

We ask that you bring your own beach towels. 

Close by are beaches, food shops, The Mariner's Pub, cafés, the Padstow-Rock ferry, a petrol station and cash machine. All are within walking distance of the house. The beach is 5 minutes by car. Polzeath and Daymer Bay are a short drive away.

Great Drawing Room

This spacious drawing room, with french doors opening onto the rear patio, is great for relaxing. There is a log stove for cooler evenings.

Light and airy living space

The space is light and airy, with plenty of room for everyone. 

There are board games in the cupboard and a croquet set, too. There is a selection of books, which you are welcome to read, but we do ask you to leave them in the house so that the owners and other guests coming after you can also enjoy them.

Cornwall's wild north coast is a walker's paradise...

Enjoy the magnificent scenery of north Cornwall and the Camel Estuary. Visit St Enodoc Church, where Sir John Betjeman is buried, walk the South West Coastal Path, or just chill on the wonderful beaches.
